- If you are already familiar with c, a good book would be "Advanced
- Programming in the UNIX Environment" by W. Richard Stevens, published
- by Addison Wesley, ISBN 0-201-56317-7. There are a lot of useful
- examples and the source code in the book can be downloaded from UUNet.
